Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking an experienced Income Tax Manager to oversee US & Canada federal and multi-state corporate income tax compliance, quarterly tax provisions, and complex tax planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Preparation of federal & multi-state corporate income tax compliance, including returns, estimated payments, and extensions
  • Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly income tax provision calculations, including accounting for equity compensation and mergers and acquisitions activity
  • Analysis of uncertain tax positions
  • Support other internal departments in tax-related matters
  • Lead the implementation and integration of ONESOURCE Tax Provision software
