Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead enterprise cloud transformation projects. This role combines infrastructure migration expertise with the opportunity to implement modern cloud solutions and explore emerging technologies like GenAI. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to design and implement practical solutions that meet both immediate migration needs and long-term innovation goals.

Requirements

Experience

• ⁠ ⁠5+ base, in IT infrastructure or cloud architecture
  •⁠ ⁠2+ years hands-on with AWS; at least 2 completed VMware-to-AWS (or similar) migration projects
  •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter) and enterprise application dependencies

Technical Skills

• ⁠ ⁠Core AWS services: EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM
  •⁠ ⁠Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation or Terraform
  •⁠ ⁠Migration tools: AWS Application Migration Service
  •⁠ ⁠Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing
  •⁠ ⁠Scripting: Python, PowerShell, or Bash; Windows and Linux OS knowledge
  
  Certifications
  •⁠ ⁠AWS Solutions Architect – Associate (required)
  •⁠ ⁠AWS Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred, or within 6 months)
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  •⁠ ⁠Design and document AWS cloud solutions and migration strategies, with focus on VMware to AWS transformations
  •⁠ ⁠Lead end-to-end migration projects: discovery, architecture design, wave planning, and execution
  •⁠ ⁠Support database migrations, application modernization, and GenAI/ML initiatives
  •⁠ ⁠Engage with customers through workshops, technical sessions, and stakeholder presentations
  •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with delivery teams, contribute to internal knowledge base, and support pre-sales activities
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  •⁠ ⁠AWS Transform, VMware VCP, Amazon Bedrock/SageMaker, containerization, DevOps/CI/CD, hybrid/multi-cloud experience
