United States onlyElevate is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join our eDiscovery and Document Review team! The Senior Project Manager will be the primary liaison and case consultant for customers engaging with Elevate discovery team on eDiscovery projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in an eDiscovery project management, with hosting services experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving customer needs.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator, or similar Relativity certifications.
