About you: Arnold Schwarzenegger of SaaS solution sales
We are looking for a salesperson to join Managed Suppliers at an exciting stage of our development. Our solution has been tested by real customers, some of the largest players in the industry. We need your assistance to grow our sales and enter new markets. You will begin by identifying and attracting new customers by selling our solution to new clients in the DACH region, and then move on to Western Europe and America. If your persuasive skills and innovative strategies successfully thrive in a fast-paced SaaS industry, we want you on our team!
Key candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Fluent in English, other European languages (especially German) are a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify and qualify leads, conduct demos, and close deals
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning
- Ability to translate complicated digital concepts to clear customer benefits
- Team player with a get-things-right-quickly attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and America
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to prospective customers and close sales deals
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Provide after-sales support and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collect and report market feedback and competitor intelligence to the sales manager and product development team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance indicators as set by the sales manager
What is in store for your first 9 months?
- Month 1 /Onboard/ - We will arm you with all the knowledge needed to succeed (solution, benefits, competitive analysis, tools, and processes).
- Month 2 ca. 4 /Explore/ - you will build a GTM strategy with marketing and execute it, learning how to generate leads and close deal efficiently.
- Month 5 onward /Explode/ - Once we got it, we will gradually start hiring colleagues to your sales team. Together, we will decide on the best career growth options for you within the team.
