Requirements
- Deep experience with design system architecture across Figma and code
- Hands-on work integrating AI into design and engineering workflows
- Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and how design systems map to production code
- Scripting or plugin development experience (Figma plugins, APIs, or similar)
- A track record of building systems that serve audiences beyond designers and engineers
