United States onlyOnePay is seeking a Compliance Manager and Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) to ensure the company operates in full compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulations while maintaining an effective compliance management system (CMS).
Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in insurance compliance, agency operations, or regulatory risk
- Active insurance producer license (Delaware required; multi-state preferred)
- Ability to qualify as Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) under Delaware law
- Experience with insurance distribution, producer licensing, and carrier relationships
- Strong working knowledge of state insurance regulatory frameworks
