- 5+ years experience working on Workday implementations, specifically within Banking and/or Budgeting functional areas
- Workday certification required
- Strong understanding of Workday financial modules and related business processes
- Proven ability to lead functional workstreams and collaborate across teams
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into system design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
