API Integration Solutions Manager

OEC provides software solutions to those who work in the automotive parts and repair industry. Our solutions make it easier for automotive industry professionals to buy and sell parts, conduct repair research & planning, optimize estimates, improve the parts supply chain, and more. Job Summary Works with the external facing integrations team to serve as middle ground between engineering and partners in order to provide a robust technical partnership experience. Key Responsibilities

• Runs partner meetings.
• Writes Jira stories.
• Manages backlog.
• Explains technical capabilities to partners at a high level.
• Manages project timelines.

Education A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree. Experience At least 5 years of experience writing technical documentation and developing processes. Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

• Strong understanding of Kanban concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity working with JIRA, Postman API testing tool, and Salesforce would be helpful as these are the tools our team uses.
• Ability to read and understand API documentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Able to communicate in a respectful, positive and constructive manner, even during times of challenge and frustration.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
• Able to effectively work and thrive in a remote/hybrid work environment that has limited opportunities for in-person interactions.

Special Position Requirements

• Occasional travel for this role is required and anticipated to be up to 10% of work time.
• Willing and able to attend virtual meetings with the laptop camera on.
