What you will be doing
- Build products based on real-time video, audio, and data streams.
- Translate research into production-ready services with high performance, low latency, and excellent user experience.
- Work closely with an international team of AI researchers and developers to push the boundaries of descriptive and generative video and audio models.
- Maintain high code quality and enforce best software development practices within the team.
- Define and implement best practices for model deployment while developing and managing Python-based microservices and APIs that integrate with GenAI models.
Skills you need
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, including advanced concepts like async programming, multiprocessing, profiling, and performance tuning for high-throughput systems.
- Familiarity with distributed messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) for building asynchronous and scalable architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, experience with gRPC-based communication.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in demanding, high-performance systems.
- Practical experience with cloud deployment platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Bonus useful skills
- Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch), computer vision (OpenCV).
- Experience with model performance optimization (TensorRT, ONNX).
