Esports Data Operator (Part-time)

We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS:GO, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like FIFA (soccer), NBA2K (basketball), and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.

With a team of 150+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe and Asia, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for an Esport Data Specialist - Part-time.

Your position on the drakkar:

Distribution and evaluation of esports data.

Your duties in the shield wall:

• Operation of the data distribution platform.

• Ensuring a steady flow of data for the trading team and the distribution platform.

• Ensuring cleanfeed video stream directly from the game for the platform.

• Collaborating with the traders department, product and partnership team.

• Managing the overall product offering.

• Evaluating betting opportunities - markets.

• Critically and effectively resolving issues as they arise.

• Communication with tournament organizers and customers - in English.

• Participating in the development of new projects and titles from the world of Esports.

The honed abilities and seasoned wisdom thou shalt require:

• Very good knowledge of one or both of the Dota2 or CS2 sports titles. Other titles such as LoL, Valorant, Kings of Glory/Arena of Valor (Mobile Legends, Call of Duty and Rainbow Six Siege are an advantage).

• Ability to make quick and correct decisions.

• Reliability and a proactive attitude.

• Time flexibility. Night shifts included. Minimum 20hrs / week

• Communication in English on a daily basis - both within and outside the team.

• Clean Criminal record.

• Self-sufficient equipment: solid internet connection, desktop PC, minimum 2 monitors with the ability to upgrade to 3.

Heroic to possess, yet not a crucial prerequisite:

• Experience in the Esports world - knowledge of the scene.

• Experience with a streaming platform (OBS).

• Experience in a similar position.
