We are seeking a Virtual Construction Superintendent to manage and develop Virtual Construction Field Engineers, ensuring the consistent implementation of VC processes at the project level. The role combines team leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) or related construction management fields
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and developing technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of VDC processes, digital-to-field integration, and construction workflows
  • Proficiency with BIM and related technologies (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Procore)
