The Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization's compliance and privacy programs, including policy, auditing, education, and assurance of appropriate safeguards.
Requirements
- Review, enhance, and oversee NAPA corporate compliance and privacy compliance programs
- Prepare an annual compliance and privacy risk assessment and work plan
- Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer
- Lead internal investigations relating to reports of non-compliance and privacy violations
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle to analyze audit findings, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective action plans
