Site Merchandiser

We are hiring a Site Merchandiser to manage and optimize online storefront content to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience. The role involves executing merchandising plans across homepage, category pages, and digital campaigns while ensuring alignment with business goals. You will analyze performance data, track customer engagement, and support promotional activities to drive traffic and conversions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute online merchandising activities across the homepage, category pages, and site content.
• Plan and schedule content for email campaigns, push notifications, and site-wide promotions.
• Analyze merchandising performance and traffic data to generate actionable insights.
• Support the execution of the site merchandising calendar, including product launches and cross-category placements.
• Assist in developing and executing large-scale promotional campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with category managers, designers, and content teams to ensure alignment and execution quality.
• Learn and utilize merchandising tools, widgets, and reporting systems to enhance site performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Understanding of merchandising performance metrics and customer engagement indicators.
• Basic experience with data analysis and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn merchandising tools and digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest or experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail environments is preferred.
