Our client is seeking Life Insurance Agents to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and insurance knowledge to help clients secure their financial futures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. As a licensed agent, you will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions that meet individual needs. This is a remote, work from home position. You must hold a valid Life Insurance License.
What You'll Do
- Engage with qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling required!)
- Review existing coverage and offer tailored recommendations
- Present personalized insurance solutions via phone consultations
- Clearly communicate policy benefits, terms, and coverage options in easy-to-understand language
- Complete digital applications and maintain accurate client records
- Use provided tools to manage and track all client interactions
- Focus on building trust and helping clients make confident insurance decisions
Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License (required)
- Current E&O Insurance (required)
- Previous experience in sales or client service is a plus
- Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
- Available Monday-Friday (flexible hours within business schedule)
Compensation Package
- Independent Contractor (1099) Position
