You will work directly with the CFO and senior business leaders and will have a team of two analysts reporting to you.
What You'll Do
Own the annual budget and monthly rolling forecast processes, coordinating inputs from across the business and consolidating into a group view.
Build and maintain driver-based financial models that support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Prepare monthly management accounts and board reporting packs, with clear commentary on variances and trading performance.
Partner with commercial and operational leaders to provide financial challenge, support, and insight on key business decisions.
Lead the FP&A team's development, including process automation and improvements to reporting tools and dashboards.

5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or commercial finance, ideally within a retail, consumer, or multi-site business.
Excellent financial modelling skills, including advanced Excel as a minimum, with Power BI, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights experience as a strong plus.
Strong commercial acumen, able to connect financial performance to operational drivers and tell a compelling story with numbers.
Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to the CFO and ExCo level.
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) preferred.
