The Commissions Analyst is a detail-oriented and analytical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of compensation programs across Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience with commissions or sales compensation analysis
- Experience working with BI tools and Salesforce
- High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and timely reporting
- Ability to manage deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and model data
- Experience in a recurring revenue (MRR) business model, preferably in the tech industry
- Ability to work through complex compensation structures and communicate them clearly
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable building processes and tools from the ground up
