Our Administrative Assistant Trainee is responsible for managing the scheduling of patient appointments and verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

- Verification of insurance eligibility experience is required
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) in a healthcare environment
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Knowledge of electronic health records
- Have customer service and sales experience
- English speaking preferred
