Overview:We are looking for a highly driven LinkedIn Outbound Specialist to own our outbound pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role combines lead research and outreach — your mission is to identify the right prospects, start conversations, and consistently generate qualified meetings that turn into revenue.
You will work directly with the founder (closer) and play a critical role in growing the company’s sales pipeline.

Requirements
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)
Background in B2B outreach, SDR, or lead generation (preferred)
Strong written English communication skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with cold prospects
Highly organized and consistent with daily execution
Results-driven mindset (focused on outcomes, not just activity)
Self-motivated and able to work independently

This is a results-driven role. Compensation is tied to performance — the more qualified meetings you generate and the more deals that close, the higher your earnings.
