What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end programme delivery – planning, resourcing, and execution.
- Lead internal and external customer-facing boards, representing NEC at senior levels.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Drive commercial success – oversee P&L, forecasting, billing, and change control.
- Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Navigate contracts and governance with commercial acumen.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in complex IT service delivery and programme management.
- Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.
- Track record of delivering cloud/hosted infrastructure programmes.
- Commercial savvy with P&L ownership and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with programme management methodologies and tools.
