United States onlyNECCO is seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven School Partnerships Coordinator to support the expansion of school-based and intensive home-based mental health services across Ohio. The coordinator will initiate, nurture, and solidify partnerships with school districts statewide.
Requirements
- Former school administrator, superintendent, or senior education leader
- Deep understanding of Ohio's K-12 education landscape and established relationships with school leadership
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills
- Passion for youth mental health and equitable access to school-based services
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote consulting role
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate, based on experience: $100/hour
- Up to $500 incentive for each new school or district contract that is formalized and executed
