The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to provide functional direction and ensure coherence across workstreams. The role involves leading project kickoffs, establishing delivery governance, and coordinating functional delivery plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ Years of experience delivering Salesforce or CRM-based solutions in a Functional Lead, Senior Consultant, or Solution Lead role.
- Proven experience leading the functional design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and configuration aligned with best practices.
- Experience collaborating with Developers and reviewing implementations for functional quality and scalability.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including: Objects, fields, page layouts, Record types and validation rules, Roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
