Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Program Manager to lead Cross-functional teams and manage programs from concept through launch. This role requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to ensure successful delivery of customer programs on time and to the highest standards. Part of your duties may include providing strategic guidance to project managers and teams to ensure that project and program goals align with Neal R. Gross & Co.'s core objectives. Court Reporting & Transcription industry knowledge/experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Personnel Supervision & Service Management
· Oversee contractor and staff personnel.
· Ensure timely and consistent delivery of support services.
Staffing & Recruitment
· Manage all hiring activities: advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks.
· Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.
Skills & Resource Management
· Maintain subcontractor arrangements.
· Ensure staff have required skills, knowledge, and privacy/confidentiality training.
Billing & Financial Management
· Assemble billing data and justification materials.
· Prepare responses to customer billing rejections.
· Generate, distribute, and track invoices.
· Report on invoice status and deliverables invoiced vs. pending.
Customer Furnished Media Management
· Track and report on all customer furnished media.
· Ensure safekeeping of materials; submit breach notifications as required.
· Comply with customer breach notification requirements.
· Reimburse customer for any customer furnished media lost or stolen.
Subcontractor Management
· Identify, qualify, and negotiate with subcontractors.
· Review subcontractor invoices.
· Ensure subcontractor compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements.
Quality Assurance
· Implement and maintain QA/QC systems to meet all contract and task order requirements.
