Requirements
- Several years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Management, or Personnel Development
- Completed commercial education with additional qualifications in the HR field or a comparable advanced training
- Degree in Business Administration, Personnel Management, or a comparable qualification
- High emotional competence, empathy, and enthusiasm for supporting others in their development
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Very good German language skills in writing and speech, English language skills are an asset
