Requirements

- Experience with Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, Bridge, RTL, or wholesale lending
- Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, compliance, and lending procedures
- Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and team workflows efficiently
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Professional leadership style with the ability to train and support team members
