Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience
- Strong experience manually calculating complex income scenarios
- Experience hands on processing Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM (DSCR, Foreign National, Bank Statement), Jumbo and state housing programs
- Encompass experience required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Recent experience working for a Direct or wholesale mortgage banker
