This role involves preparing, reviewing, balancing, and finalizing closing packages for residential mortgage loans, and coordinating with various parties to ensure timely closings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recent mortgage closing experience in a true mortgage closer role
- Strong hands-on experience closing FHA, VA, Conventional, DPA, Non-QM, USDA, and Jumbo loans
- Proven ability to independently manage a full pipeline of mortgage closings
- Strong TRID, HMDA and RESPA knowledge
- Experience reviewing files for accuracy, compliance, and readiness to close
