Requirements
- 3+ years of mortgage closing experience in private money lending
- Experience Closing Non-QM: DSCR, and private money loans (Bridge, Fix and flip)
- Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ loans per month
- Experience with basic title review, HUD/Settlement Statement review, and basic purchase contract review
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
