United States onlyThe Remote LOA/Front End Processor will support the loan officer and mortgage team by managing loans from intake through submission, and handling borrower communication, documentation review, and file preparation.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of mortgage experience
- Prior mortgage processing experience
- Prior Loan Officer Assistant experience preferred
- Strong Encompass knowledge required
- Strong loan knowledge and mortgage process knowledge required
- Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM loan products
- Ability to review and organize loan documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Strong pipeline management and condition management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple active loans
Benefits
- base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year
- plus $100 per file bonus
