Remote Closing Manager- 100% remote- Private lending

A fast-growing private lender is seeking an experienced Closing Manager to lead their remote closing department. In this role, you will oversee a team of closers, manage a high-volume pipeline of 150–180 loans per month, and serve as the operational backbone of the closing process.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of closing management experience
• 3+ years of closing experience at a Private Money/Hard Money lender
• Experience in private lending
• Working knowledge of Bridge, Fix and Flip, Construction, and DSCR loan products
• Experience with entity review and title review including CPLs and lien/judgment resolution
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines of 150+ loans per month
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead a remote team through a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and composed under pressure
