Program Lead – Afterschool Programs

We are looking for a Program Lead to take ownership of individual program tracks in our afterschool programs, which focus on modern industries such as esports, content creation, and digital skills.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational ability
• Comfortable managing groups of students (youth experience is a plus)
• Background or strong interest in at least one relevant area: Esports / Gaming, Content Creation, Video Editing / Media, Digital Skills / Tech
• Ability to take initiative and operate with minimal oversight
• Reliable, structured, and accountable
