Full Stack Developer (React/NodeJS) - AI-Centric Platform Evolution

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can both maintain and extend our modern web app — and help us pioneer the shift toward AI-native experiences. You’ll work on everything from shipping features in our core platform to integrating cutting-edge AI tools that enhance how our assistants work and how our clients get things done.

What You'll Do

1. Design, build, and deploy full-stack features using React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
2. Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver scalable improvements to our web console and assistant workflows.
3. Integrate AI capabilities into our product – such as using GPT APIs, setting up RAG pipelines, or building task agent frameworks.
4. Proactively solve problems, clear roadblocks, and drive initiatives forward without hand-holding.
5. Stay on top of emerging AI tools, libraries, and frameworks and find smart ways to apply them.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

• 3–5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong hands-on skills in React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
• Fluency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
• A curious builder who learns new technologies fast and independently.
• Real excitement about AI — whether it's building with GPT-4, exploring vector databases, experimenting with agentic architectures (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI), or tinkering with LangChain or DSPy.
• Systems thinker who can see how AI fits into real-world workflows and products.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work asynchronously in a distributed team.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with React Native, GraphQL, or design systems.
• Prior work with AI/ML tools, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Building or contributing to open-source AI tools.
