MyOutDesk is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to manage, nurture, and convert incoming buyer and seller leads into active clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, persuasive, tech-savvy, and skilled in relationship-building over the phone, email, and digital channels.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree, or at minimum, completion of a post-secondary (post–high school) diploma
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a US-based client, preferably within a BPO or outsourcing environment
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM
- Experience utilizing email and messaging tools including Mailchimp, BombBomb, Microsoft Outlook, and Gmail
- Experience working with call tracking and automation tools such as PhoneBurner and Mojo Dialer
- Familiarity with online lead sources (Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and able to build trust quickly over the phone or online
- Organized with strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly
- Handles objections with confidence and grit
