Germany onlyMVI Group is seeking a skilled TGA (planner) or Construction/Engineering Technician to support the implementation of challenging construction projects. The role involves comprehensive planning, support of implementation, creation of technical drawings, performance register preparation, coordination with trades, and client/landlord representation. The position requires a balance of practical experience, technical knowledge, and future-oriented planning skills.
Requirements
- Completed study in building services (or comparable qualification)
- Regular handling of mh-Software, AutoCAD, Revit, Linear, and Office programs
- Knowledge of VOB and HOAI
- Basic knowledge of specification programs
- Driver's license class B
- Many years of practical professional experience in TGA planning or drafting (1-7 phases preferred)
- Technical competence and coordination ability
- Interest in future-oriented planning methods (BIM, Digital Twins, etc.)
- Very good German skills
