As a German-speaking Area Sales Manager, you will be the key commercial driver for the DACH region, combining technical understanding with consultative sales excellence. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and execute strategic sales plans, and act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them define the right air purification solutions for their processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales / sales engineering
- Strong background in VOC abatement, air pollution control, solvent recovery, or clean technologies
- Proven ability to manage complex technical sales cycles in industrial environments
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical complexity into clear business value
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
