You’ll work closely with our Paid Ads team in fast-paced, two-week sprint cycles, developing fresh concepts, scripting ideas, testing variations, and refining them based on real performance data. The work demands both speed and creativity: sharp editing instincts, a strong design eye, and the ability to use motion graphics, copy, and storytelling techniques to make ads stand out in competitive feeds.
Most importantly, you’ll balance performance with brand - ensuring every creative feels distinctly Much Better Adventures, while delivering measurable results that help us grow.

- Turning raw UGC and brand assets into polished, native-feeling ads that resonate with audiences and feel authentic to the platforms.
- Bringing flair to edits with motion graphics, captions, and design details that enhance clarity and stop the scroll.
- Balancing speed with creativity - delivering fast, iterative edits without compromising quality or brand integrity.
- Contributing ideas proactively, helping us spot platform trends, and pushing creative boundaries in the performance ad space.
Requirements

- Confidence working with UGC and raw content, turning it into polished, high-performing ads.
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalents), with motion graphics ability to elevate storytelling.
- A keen eye for design, typography, pacing, and platform-native storytelling.
