π’ About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Manager with a strong paid media background to join our growing marketing team. You'll lead our paid acquisition efforts across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit and other platforms while collaborating cross-functionally on launches, enablement, and lifecycle campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the ad platforms, knows how to drive pipeline efficiently, and can connect paid performance to broader marketing outcomes. You'll work alongside a fellow Senior Marketing Manager β the two of you will complement each other's strengths to cover the full marketing engine without missing a beat.
π― What You'll Do
Your core ownership β Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing
β
Own paid advertising strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms β including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, bid management, and budget optimization
β
Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and lower CAC
β
Manage and continuously improve website performance, including landing pages, conversion rate optimization, and SEO best practices
β
Work within and help evaluate the company's Martech stack β HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more
β
Track and report on campaign performance, surface insights, and make data-driven recommendations to the team
π€ Collaborate with the team on
πΉ End-to-end webinar production β from promotion and registration flows to post-event follow-up and reporting
πΉ Go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches β including messaging, collateral, and campaign coordination
πΉ PLG funnels β onboarding email sequences, in-product messaging, and activation campaigns to improve trial conversion and user engagement
πΉ Sales enablement materials that support a quota-carrying team
π What We're Looking For
β οΈ Experience marketing AI, automation, or MSP/IT management software products β REQUIRED
β
4β6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B tech environment
β
Deep, hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms
β
Demonstrated experience with website management and conversion optimization
β
Experience producing and promoting webinars or virtual events
β
Familiarity with product launch processes and cross-functional collaboration
β
Experience supporting PLG or self-serve funnels β onboarding, activation, or lifecycle campaigns
β
Proven ability to create sales enablement materials that support a quota-carrying team
β
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
β
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data and dashboards
β
Excellent written communication and project management skills
