Software Test Engineer

We're looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our Guardian team, responsible for designing, executing and maintaining test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. As a member of an Agile Scrum team, you'll participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and contribute to the development of our products that genuinely make a difference to people's lives.

Requirements

• Solid quality assurance background with a desire to improve and expand your skillset.
• Experience in test automation.
• A high level of communication skills - written and verbal.
• A high level of technical understanding - with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Well organised and disciplined in approach to work and time management.
• Knowledge of agile product development.
• Industry experiences designing and executing test strategies as part of an Agile Scrum team.
• SQL experience, preferably using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Passionate about the community - Researching emerging test tools, trends, and methodologies.
• Is a critical thinker, with an urge to learn new things and new technologies.
• Has good troubleshooting skills.
• Is self-driven.
• Has at least 2 years experience with software testing.
