Motion is creating the command center for creative strategists, and we're looking for a creative strategist to work on the inside, making ads for the people this product was built for, and working closely with the team that's building it.
Requirements
- Do customer research that actually drives what we make: Reviews, Reddit, competitor ads, comment sections, customer interviews.
- Run creative tests with a real hypothesis behind them: Every concept you bring to the pipeline has a testable idea at the centre of it.
- Write briefs and scripts that get you the outcome you need: Your briefs tell the designer or videographer exactly what to make and why, and tell the test exactly what question it's answering.
- Own the content and events funnels end-to-end: We have SOPs for every content download and event promotion we run.
- Work with our Creative Strategy Lead on growth initiatives.
- Help us build and improve our internal Creative Engine.
- Be a resource for the product and go-to-market teams.
