Location

Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).

Role

The mission of this role is to compound the CEO’s time by building AI-native leverage across executive operations today, then growing into a trusted strategic operator as Morpho scales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship AI and automation workflows using Claude, agents, and automation tools to eliminate repetitive work and increase team throughput.

  • Shadow the CEO to learn context, priorities, and communication style to anticipate needs and operate with high trust.

  • Partner with existing ops support to run calendar, travel, and inbox execution while progressively taking full ownership end-to-end.

  • Create simple, repeatable playbooks for executive operations to reduce coordination overhead and improve reliability.

  • Own a daily executive “pulse” update using clear written communication to align on first meeting, travel, and top priorities.

  • Support investor preparation and board materials using crisp synthesis and structured writing to accelerate decision-making.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision by creating structure in ambiguous contexts and unblocking stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 30 days

    • Understand the CEO’s operating system, preferences, and escalation thresholds.

    • Ship a first useful automation that saves time in a real workflow.

    • Contribute to day-to-day exec ops with context-complete written updates.

  • First 4 Months

    • Reliably run core exec ops (calendar, scheduling, travel) with minimal back-and-forth.

    • Deploy multiple AI/agent workflows that measurably reduce manual work and errors.

    • Make good calls on reversible decisions and escalate the right things early.

  • In 1 Year

    • Become a trusted strategic partner who can represent the CEO in internal workstreams.

    • Own investor/board support workflows end-to-end with strong quality and speed.

    • Systematize exec ops so it runs smoothly with low oversight, and demonstrate readiness to grow into a Chief of Staff scope.

  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to map workflows and simplify them into scalable processes.

  • Clear, crisp async communication, with low-noise writing that is easy to act on.

  • Team-first approach, prioritizing collective outcomes and sharing context openly.
