AR, CO + 1 moreMindtech is seeking a Performance Test Engineer for a remote opportunity in LATAM, preferably in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina. The initial duration is 1-3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading performance testing initiatives for enterprise applications (on-premise and cloud)
- Expertise in LoadRunner MUST
- Strong knowledge of performance engineering, including bottleneck identification and system optimization
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics)
- Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, NeoLoad, k6, Gatling, Locust)
- Experience with enterprise software applications such as SAP, Salesforce, and other large-scale business platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, metrics, and logs
- Ability to collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Infrastructure teams
