And here's the exciting part: our team is growing! We are currently looking for a Growth Specialist.

Role overview:

Our main revenue stream comes from the recurring payments. You'll be responsible for helping execute the subscription strategy to acquire new customers and retain the current subscribers. You'll ensure we have well-converting funnels through regular iterations and experiments to increase our sales and limit churn rate. Your efforts will help us achieve business targets across all markets: the US, Canada, the EU + UK, and Australia.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall revenue growth.

• Develop and execute a conversion optimisation roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Establish strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.

• Test and establish new offers and bundling options to maximise revenue and customer value.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to optimise the conversion funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.

• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and other touchpoints.

• Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers to increase average order value and repeat purchases.

• Coordinate with data analysts to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics.

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-Commerce space.

• Strong understanding of subscription sales in the D2C company.

• Experience in spotting bottlenecks and improving the conversion in marketing funnels.

• Track record in implementing strategies elevating growth, especially in metrics like MRR, ROI, CLTV and AOV.

• Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience in CRO, growth marketing, or performance optimisation, ideally in the subscription or e-Commerce brand.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
