Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce
- Proven track record of leading S&OP/IBP processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting methodologies
- Hands-on experience with demand planning tools, ideally NSPB or NetSuite
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
