Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in consumer electronics or retail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support provided.
