Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Expert to join our team in Greece with fully paid relocation.
Requirements
- Provide high-quality customer support in Polish via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to assist in service improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry trends to deliver precise information.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with good multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
