Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Norwegian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. The role involves maintaining a secure and trustworthy online environment by monitoring digital platforms, managing safety concerns, and enforcing community standards.

Requirements

• Monitor content and user interactions on digital platforms to identify and mitigate violations of safety policies.
• Conduct detailed investigations of safety incidents and reported violations, analyzing evidence to take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve and implement digital trust and safety protocols.
• Provide comprehensive reports on incidents and emerging safety trends to the management team.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in digital safety and apply best practices to enhance platform security.
• Communicate with users to promote safe behaviors and increase awareness about digital trust and safety.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills to handle user interactions and safety challenges effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards identifying and addressing safety risks.
• Familiarity with digital safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
