In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers and ensure an optimal customer experience within the online booking platform of Booking.com.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing; good command of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or booking industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Stress-resistant and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support.
