Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the rent-a-car or travel industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
