Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Bulgaria. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our Italian-speaking clients in the rent-a-car sector.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the rent-a-car or travel industry, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
