- Technical aptitude and the ability to explain product features and troubleshooting steps clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge of coffee machines is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
