Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years leading teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS Sales Environments
- Strong coaching skills, you improve performance, not just track it
- Confidence in sales methodology and deal strategy (MEDDPICC or similar)
- A structured, data-driven way of working
- A genuine interest in people and what drives them
- The ability to turn strategy into consistent execution
