Job Description

• Qualify and convert inbound marketing leads (website inquiries, live chat, and other channels) into qualified leads.
• Support the execution WhatsApp outreach and email blasts to potential prospects.
• Conduct cold calls to introduce products, validate prospect interest, and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead data and activity tracking to ensure proper pipeline visibility.
• Assist the sales team with operational support to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

Requirements

• Final year student/ fresh graduates from any majors are welcome
• Previous experience in a SaaS /Tech company especially in Lead Generation/Data Mining is a plus
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
• Fluent in verbal & written English
• Excellent data management & project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and professionals
• Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail
• Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Fast and independent learner
